By accessing or using the Upcoming Chests for CR application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

Upcoming Chests for CR is a third-party application that provides information about Clash Royale chest cycles. The App displays estimated arrival times for upcoming chests based on publicly available game mechanics and does not modify or interact with the Clash Royale game itself.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App belong to us. Clash Royale and all related logos, characters, names, and distinctive features are the property of Supercell Oy and its affiliates. This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or specifically approved by Supercell or its affiliates.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree:

  • To use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not to attempt to hack or interfere with the App's functionality
  • Not to use the App in any way that could damage or overload our servers
  • To comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. While we strive for accuracy, chest predictions are estimates and may not always reflect actual in-game results.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Upcoming Chests for CR or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
